  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. This includes:

    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In the original packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Sale items marked as final sale
    • Health and hygiene items, such as undergarments or items worn directly on the skin
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products, including downloadable content or virtual goods
    • Items damaged or altered by the customer

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refund Process
